To be able to participate in the Conference neither oral nor poster contribution is required. However, when you intend to present a contribution, please, submit your abstract before you start the registration process. You will be asked to fill your abstract number (Abstract ID) in the online Registration Form. This will help the Organisers to identify abstracts that will not be covered by at least one registration fee. Such abstracts will not be included in the Abstract book.
Filling the online Registration Form
Please follow the recommendations at the beginning of each step of the online registration. Particularly, please, pay attention to filling your email address and billing data correctly. The system will check all the filled items and display a Registration Summary. If all mandatory fields are filled up, you will be asked to submit the Registration Form.
After submission, a Registration Summary containing your Registration ID, Registration PIN, all registration data including the selected payment information will be sent automatically to the email address stated in the form.
If you have selected the online payment option, in the next step of the online registration you will see the total sum due and will be redirected to the secure GP webpay page to enter the payment card information. After validating the payment you will be informed about the acceptance or failure of the payment by the GP webpay system.
After registering yourself you will be able to register your accompanying person.
In the case of the rejected online credit/debit card payment, the registration will not be processed by the Conference Secretariat. It is recommended that the participant makes sure that the online transaction option is not disabled on the card and there is a limit for online transactions high enough to allow the registration fee payment. When you have solved the problem, you may return to the online payment system according to guidelines stated below and in the Registration Summary email sent to you after the submission of the online registration.
Updating your registration
You may do some updates in you registration later, like:
– To add your abstract number (Abstract ID),
– To additionally register an accompanying person,
– To change the payment method from the bank transfer to the on-line payment with a card,
– To reapeat a failed on-line payment.
In this case, go to the Registation page and select the appropriate option below. For these tasks, you should provide your e-mail address, Registration ID and Registration PIN to access your registration record. All this information you should have in the registration confirmation e-mail.
